Can I pause or change my upcoming subscription if needed?
Of course! Just log in to your subscription account and change the upcoming shipment date or you can temporarily pause your subscription. When you are ready to start receiving CBD products again, simply re-activate.
Can I use a discount code towards subscription orders?
We wanted to reward our subscribers with our very best discount! Discount or coupon codes cannot be applied to orders that contain subscription products.
Can I switch my subscription to a different product?
We are working to bring you the ability to switch subscription products inside of your new member's area. For now, in order to change products, you will need to cancel your existing subscription, and place a new subscription order for the replacement product. You can also call us to update your subscription information at any time.
As a subscriber, can I send CBD to multiple addresses?
Sure! We understand you may want to share our CBD products with friends and/or you may spend part of the year at a different address. You can always update your shipping address or add shipping locations by logging into your account. Just be sure to make any changes 24 hours prior to your order processing.
