Of course! You may start, stop, resume, or swap a subscription product at any time. Just log in to your account and tap the Subscription bottom at the top of the page to manage your subscription. You may also immediately renew your subscription if you're concerned about running out of product before your subscription renews.
Can I use a discount code towards subscription orders?
We wanted to provide our very best discount to those who depend on our products for daily relief. Subscribers can take advantage of 25% off all products in the store, anytime! Discount or coupon codes cannot be applied to orders that contain subscription products.
Can I switch my subscription to a different product?
Yes! You now have the ability to swap subscription products inside of your member's area. To swap products, simply log into your account, select your subscription, and tap the edit icon next to your subscription product.
If you want to add a new product or change your delivery frequency, just tap "Add a product" or tap on the Edit button next to your subscription plan. You may also call us if you need help updating your subscription information at any time.
As a subscriber, can I send CBD to multiple addresses?
Certainly! We understand you may want to share our CBD products with friends and/or you may spend part of the year at a different address. You can always update your shipping address or add shipping locations by logging into your account and tapping on "Subscriptions" at the top of the page. Just be sure to make any changes 24 hours prior to your order processing to prevent any delays.
