Stress-Free Return Policy

Green Valley Nutrition offers total peace of mind when shopping with us. We want you to love our products or your money back! Customers may return any merchandise purchased from Green Valley Nutrition within 30 days. We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete your return.

Refunds beyond the 30-day threshold will be made at the discretion of Green Valley Nutrition.

Please make sure you have your proof of purchase or receipt ready when you contact Support so that we can best assist you with your return.

Please package the items you are returning carefully in the original packaging or in another secure manner and include the invoice or order slip. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a return notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you.

We cannot accept returns on items that are not purchased directly from Green Valley Nutrition. For products purchased from a third-party (e.g., brick and mortar store or online distributor), please return products with proof of purchase directly to the third-party, which will be subject to their return policy. If you have any problems with your vendor, we'd love to know about it. Please reach out to us directly in such a case.

We will not refund or replace items for products purchased from unauthorized sellers (eBay, Groupon, etc). We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items do not qualify for a refund. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration when this happens, and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at support@greenvalleynutrition.com or call us at +1 434-207-8577. Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

 

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers have 30 days from delivery date to submit a return request. We will issue store credit equal to the purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee to these orders. Any damage from shipping or missing order must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All returns must be received within 30 days of return authorization issue date. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Green Valley Nutrition has no obligation to buy back products. Products used outside the manufacturers specification or which show signs of misuse may not be returned. Returns on wholesale orders will only be accepted if the products are unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged and complete packaging. Special order items are not eligible for return.
